Quordle Marathon: games in a row with carried-over tries

Quordle Marathon is a run of games in a row. You start with 9 tries, and every try you save is carried over to the next game. One lost game ends the marathon.

How to play Quordle Marathon

After each won game the next one gives you the tries you didn't use plus 5, up to 13. Win in 6 tries and the next game has 8; win in 9 and the next one has only 5. The score is the number of games won in a row, and your best run is saved.

What happens if I lose a game?
The marathon ends and you see your result. The next game starts a new marathon with 9 tries.
Is my progress saved if I close the page?
Yes. The current game and the marathon are kept in your browser, so you can come back and continue.
